April 25th: Guest Speaker Nina Zettl

Bio of Nina Zettl (E-RYT, RPYT, RM, BD) lives in Saskatoon with her husband and four beautiful children. She owns and operates Freedom From Within Yoga, Doula and Reiki Services since August of 2012. Nina is an Experienced Registered yoga teacher, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Birth Doula and Reiki Master. Nina teaches various yoga classes and workshops, supports expecting couples through pregnancy and childbirth and runs a successful reiki practice out of her home. Over the past five and a half years, she has taught over 1800 hours of yoga classes and workshops and completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training. As a DONA international trained doula, she has served over 60 families through childbirth support as well as hundreds of expecting mothers through reiki sessions, yoga classes and birth workshops. After her second daughter was born in January 2014, Nina became increasingly interested in healing and studied the subtle, physical and the mental bodies. She is certified in levels 1 and 2 in Usui Reiki, levels 3 and Masters in Holy Fire Reiki and levels 1 through 3 in Angel Reiki. She also completed training in Self Regulation therapy Foundation level 1, 2 and 3 in Fall of 2016. In Nina’s Reiki practice she offers both Angel Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki Sessions and combines powerful guided meditation, breathwork, hands on healing, Self Regulation therapy and crystal healing into the sessions. She works with babies, children, expecting mothers and adults. Nina believes each individual has the innate wisdom and power to heal themselves. In her work, she holds safe and loving space to allow others to resource their own healing potential and divine empowerment.
